my dukan journey.

Well a bit of a dissappointing week with weight loss slowing to only 1Lb 10ozs this gives me a total loss after 26 days of 11lbs 4 ozs.I guess this is now fat reduction so perhaps should not be too Sad . Should still be on target to lose 1 stone by June 16th.
Any comment welcome from other Dukans!

any exercise during diet? Try something with dumbbells. Lifting weights increase metabolism and keep it high for the next 48h and you will burn more calories than usual. Also stick to green vegetables on PL days (eat tons of broccoli and spinach) And, even if I read couple of times that on long road 1/1 and 5/5 are the same, there are not! You'll lose fat faster with 5/5 cycle. I tried them both and I'm telling you from my experience.
