Hi, Started this yesterday 15/06/10
Weighing in at 16st 6, so lots to lose.
Ate boiled egg, ham slices, prawns, chicken, no fat muller strawberry yog. Lots of black coffee.
Wee'd a lot, but no weight lost so far.
Exercise: 1 mile swim
