Tracy's Diary - keeping me honest

Well after going off the rails on the weekend I got on the scales Monday morning & I was back to the same starting weight as when I started last week & had 5 days on ATTACK -76.2kgs grrrrrr Embarassed ( but only myself to blame )

The new beginning:
40 minutes on the treadmill - total 3.5kms

Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled with some milk & ham

Snack - Flat white coffee ( no fat milk )

Lunch - 1 veal cutlet & some turkey

Afternoon tea - black tea & vanilla no fat yoghurt with 1 1/2 tlbs oatbran

Dinner - tandori chicken & a flan custard with vanilla yoghurt

I drank 3 litres of water

Lets see what tomorrow brings !!!! Question

Day 2

Got on the scales before exercising - 0.8kg gone yippee but still not down to where I finished last week

45 mins on the treadmill - 4.5kms

Breakfast - ham & egg scrambled eggs
Coffee with milk

Lunch - Oatmeal gallette with smoked salmon & some leftover tandori chicken

Snack - ham

Dinner meatloaf ( still gotta get this right its dry & pretty tasteless, better with some yoghurt )

3 litres of water & a glass of champagne at the theatre to see my daughter dance

Day 3 & 4

By day 4 I am back to my weight last week on Friday before I blw the whole thing....... yippee cheers

Wednesday I had a PV day - but really only had veggies at night, the rest of the day was just protein
Thursday Protein only day again - ohhhh I miss the salad & veggies, but am going good so want to stay on track

I have to find new recipes to spice things up a bit as a plain steak with some mustard is getting boring - does anyone know of any recipe sites?

Day 5 - Friday

Well I weighed myself this morning & I am less than last Friday by 500gms so the weekend didnt hurt too much other than slow the loss down from what could have been - but hey that dosnt worry me as long as the scales keep on going down

The wekend is here again so I am going to try to be good but I will be having a few wines - I'm sorry but life still has to go on ( maybe thats why I have to lose weight life has gone on too well!!!! Embarassed )

I'll see how I pull up Monday & then plan to do 2 days of Attach again then onto Protein & veggie alternate days
