Dukan Diet blog

I'm keeping a record of my Dukan diet on a blog. This will be useful, I hope, in two ways. Firstly, I've found than on previous diets I've forgotten what I've eaten or for how long I've even been on the diet! Extra portions, little bits here and there, can easily creep in to your diet and then you wonder why you haven't lost any weight. So, if I record everything I eat I'll be able to see if I'm going wrong. It's also a good motivation if you think that there will be a record somewhere of what you've eaten and how you've done. Secondly, I hope that the blog can help other people to decide whether the Dukan diet is right for them. If they can see what I've been eating and how I've experienced it then they'll have a better idea than if they go in blind. This blog is a great idea. There are not a lot of resources about the Dukan diet in English. For sure, your blog will be helpful! Good luck with it :-)

i recently found your blog and am finding it so helpful and interesting. I am still waiting on the book and have gone off a pull out in our paper and some info on the net, so i have found your blog so handy. It was also comforting to know someone else was eating such a limited menu - the attack phase was/is challenging but i find the struture of it, what i can and can't eat, so easy to follow. On my last day of the attack phase today, cannot wait to eat some vegies tomorrow!! i have been excited to try those turkey wraps of yours , yum!
