Cruise Phase

Hey all i've been on the Dukan diet 2 weeks now and lost 4lbs Smile ..the only problem is i'm finding on the cruise phase my weight goes up 2lbs and back down with no weight loss Sad
Any idea if this is part of the diet or should i up my exercise Smile

You could try upping your walking to 60 mins a day. My only other thought is that maybe you are overdoing the veggies on PV days? You can have them with every meal on PV days but should try to still have mostly protein as that is what is causing you to lose weight.

losing weight on PV days

As far as I understand it, from the coaching from the doctor, it is quite usual for weight loss to slow down, stop or even gain (!) during PV days! But not to worry as it all balances out between PP and PV days, and that you have to keep looking at the big picture.

Are you drinking enough too? that can make a difference.
Make sure you vary your meals and never eat the same veg for lunch and dinner.

Keep at it, you will do fine. rooting for you.
