Cookies

Almond flavouring1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder1 teaspoon
Cornstarch1 table spoon
Dark chocolate2 squares cut in to little pieces
Egg1
Oat bran3 tablespoons
Skimmed milk powder1 tablespoon
Sweetener 1 teaspoon (maybe 1 and 1/2 tsp)
Vanilla flavouring1/2 teaspoon

Mix all ingredients, put a piece of parchment paper (wax paper) on to your cookie sheet and divide the mixture in to 6 cookies on the cookie sheet lined with wax paper. The original recipe stated to bake at 150 degrees for 15minutes but I found this was not long enough as baked for another 5 minutes at 350 so I am sure there is a happy medium somewhere, just have to make them again to find out where it is. Leave on the wax paper until completely cook and then peel from the paper. They do not exactly taste like the cookies I am sure we are all use to but I can get to like them Razz Note: I am pretty sure the 150 degrees was in celsius and my stove is fahrenheit so there we have it Embarassed
