Hi, I am Michaela

My partner and I are doing this in sunny Santa Monica, CA. Stumbled upon a Daily Mail article online and knew this would work for us!

We started Thursday with a semi-attack (some cucumber and lettuce, wine with dinner, but otherwise all protein), now going into full attack for the next 5 days. Even with being lazy, I dropped 4.5 pounds like nothing!

I have 25 pounds left to lose, and at this rate I'm confident that they'll just fly off.

Anyway thanks for this forum - looking forward to reading everyone's stories!

Those 4.5 lbs are just the beginning! Keep your motivation and you will get rid of those 25 lbs easily :-)
